Can you tell us something about your background?
Sono un'autrice di non-fiction diventata autrice di fiction. Ho scritto il mio primo "romanzo" a 5 anni. Il protagonista era un serpente! In seguito, sono diventata marketing writer e mi sono ritrovata ad avere la mia società di comunicazione di marketing, che ancora mi aiuta a correre. La gente ha sempre detto che avrei dovuto scrivere un romanzo, ma mi sembrava più un lavoro. Poi, nel 2010, ho scoperto l'erotic romance e alla fine ho deciso che scrivere fiction poteva essere divertente. I’m a non-fiction writer turned fiction writer. I wrote my first “novel” at 5. It starred a snake! But later, I became a marketing writer and ended up owning my own marketing communications company, which I still help run. People always said I should write a novel, but it sounded like work to me. Then back sometime in 2010, I discovered erotic romance and finally decided writing a work of fiction might be fun. I started creating a MF book about a genetic researcher who falls for her younger research partner – but then I read my first MM romance and was totally hooked. I added another man to my story and ended up writing an LGBT ménage! It’s currently off the market, but I will be re-releasing it one of these days when I have time. It’s called Genetic Attraction and it’s part of a 4 book series. I discovered that writing romance was a passion and that was 40 books ago.
What do you love about the M/M romance genre?
Molte cose. La prima cosa che mi ha attirato è la mancanza di ruoli di genere. Nel romance tradizionale non importa quanto l'eroina sia presa a calci, l'eroe deve sempre essere un piccolo bad boy. Nel genere M/M romance posso giocare con la mia passione per l'imprevisto, per il cambiamento di ruoli e d'identità . Mi piace anche esplorare l'interazione di potenti archetipi maschili. Sono stata invitata a scrivere romanzi F/M, ma... amo davvero scrivere M/M.
Many things. What first attracted me was the lack of gender roles. In traditional romance, no matter how kick-butt the heroine is, the hero always has to be a little kick-buttier. In MM romance, I can play with my love of the unexpected, the switching of roles and identities. I also enjoy exploring the interaction of powerful male archetypes. I’ve been invited to write MF novels, but I find so far, I really love writing MM.
Il cavaliere di Ocean Avenue è il primo volume della serie Storie d'amore a Laguna. Puoi dirci di cosa parla questa serie e cosa ti ha ispirato a scriverla?
Knight of Ocean Avenue is the first in the Love in Laguna Series. What’s this series all about and what inspired you to write it?
Nel corso degli anni ho ristrutturato un paio di case. Mio marito è un architetto, quindi abbiamo la tendenza a proporre un sacco di idee. Un giorno, mentre osservavo i ragazzi della ditta di costruzioni, mi sono chiesta: <<cosa succederebbe se uno di questi grandi e massicci maschi alfa fosse gay? E se dichiarasse apertamente ai suoi colleghi di stare con un ragazzo che ama? E se quel ragazzo fosse il tipo che i colletti blu tendono a prendere in giro?>>.
Così, sono nati Billy Ballew e Shaz. Nella storia, Shaz pensa a Billy come al suo cavaliere. Questo ha ispirato il titolo del libro, Il Cavaliere di Ocean Avenue. Over a period of years, I’ve renovated a couple houses. My husband’s an architect, so we tend to come up with a lot of ideas. One day while watching the construction guys work, I wondered what if one of these big, burly, alpha males is gay? And what if he had to come out to his co-workers in order to have the guy he loves? And what if that guy was the type that blue-collar men tend to make fun of? Billy Ballew and Shaz were born. In the story, Shaz thinks of Billy as his knight. That inspired the name of the book, Knight of Ocean Avenue. People loved the blue-collar men attracted to someone very opposite, so I decided to go way out on a limb for Knave of Broken Hearts and paired a construction worker with a cardiologist. Each book produces characters that really need their own stories! That’s how the series was born. And the newest book, Fool of Main Beach, releases on August 21st.
What made you decide to tell Billy’s back-story? Did he present any particular challenges for you?
Mentre scrivo, i miei personaggi mi parlano. Mi sono chiesta come potesse un ragazzo avere 25 anni e non sapere, davvero, di essere gay. Billy mi ha detto che è successo perché era troppo occupato per notarlo! LOL. Mentre creavo la sua storia, ogni dettaglio ne generava una dozzina in più. Questo accade sempre quando chiedo ai miei personaggi chi sono.
As I write, my characters tell me about themselves. I wondered how could a guy be 25 and not really know he’s gay. Billy told me it was because he was too busy to notice! LOL. As I spun out his story, each detail spawned a dozen more. That always happens whenever I ask my characters who they are.

I'd like talk about Chase Shaz Phillips. Shaz is very proud, charming, funny, and adorable. How did you create him?
Quando ho iniziato a scrivere M/M romance, c'erano pochi personaggi femminili e volevo davvero permettere a questi ragazzi di avere una loro voce. Shaz non è il primo eroe gay fiabesco o effeminato che ho crato. Se torni a Fire Balls, che ho scritto nel 2011, puoi incontrare l'incredibile Rodney! When I first started writing MM romance, there were very few femme characters and I really wanted to allow those guys to have their say. Shaz isn’t the first flamboyant or effeminate gay hero I created. Go back to Fire Balls I wrote in 2011 and meet the amazing Rodney! Or check out Lindsey Vanessen, my half-werewolf hero in the Harker Pack series. Like all people, gay men come in many shapes and sizes – not just alpha males – and I wanted to explore more of them.
I find the relationship between Billy and Shaz intense, fascinating, complex, credible, and very sweet. What do you love most about them?

I love that they are so alike and yet look so different. It takes them a whole book to discover that they are both “knights” fighting for the good and the right and they were meant to be together.
What inspired you to write the Cowboys Don't Series?
Ero al workshop autori della casa editrice Dreamspinner Press e qualcuno ha chiesto quali sono i generi sempre popolari. Uno di quelli menzionati è stato il romance sui cowboy e ho pensato che fosse divertente. Tendo a essere una ragazza di città , quindi per me è stata una sfida creare questi uomini di poche parole. I was at the Dreamspinner Press author workshop and someone asked which genres are pretty much always popular. One of those mentioned was cowboy romance and I thought that sounded like fun. I tend to be a city girl, so it was a challenge to create these men of few words. I enjoy exploring worlds in which it’s very tough for men to be gay. That builds in conflict. Cowboying and later bullriding that I explore in books 2 and 3 are certainly among the toughest lives for gay men.
Cowboys Don't Come Out is a contemporary romance with passion, suspense, lies, secrets, and a tender look into the different forms of family. What was your inspiration for this book?
Volevo un romanzo sui cowboy con al centro una vacanza che avesse un tantino di unicità . Alcuni anni fa, ho trascorso un po' di tempo a Hana, nelle Hawaii, che è un posto super interessante. Lo chiamano Hana Ranch e quando ho cominciato a esplorarlo, ho scoperto tutta la stupefacente storia del paniolo, il cowboy hawaiano: una tradizione che esiste da prima che i cowboy arrivassero sulla terraferma. I wanted a cowboy romance with a holiday theme that was a bit unique. A number of years ago, I got to spend some time in Hana, Hawaii, which is a super interesting place. They call it Hana Ranch and when I began to look into it, I discovered the whole amazing history of the paniolo, the Hawaiian cowboy – a tradition that existed before cowboys came to the mainland. I couldn't resist telling that story.

What was the most challenging aspect of creating Rand?
Rand non è un cowboy dalla nascita. È il figlio di una ricca famiglia californiana che ha sempre amato i cavalli, i ranch e la vita da cowboy. Egli, letteralmente, crea la sua identità da cowboy. Rand wasn’t born a cowboy. He’s a son of a wealthy California family who always loved horses, ranches, and cowboy life. He literally creates his cowboy identity. It’s true to his nature, but he still structures a life that fits his pictures – and few cowboy images include being gay. So by having what he wants – his cowboy life -- he’s denying a part of himself. It was challenging to show that conflict.

Kai has had a difficult life. What do you admire most about him?
Kai è una persona diffidente che è stata costretta a non fidarsi di nessuno. Per questo è difficile amarlo - è difficile perfino per se stesso. Kai is a suspicious person who’s been forced to trust no one. This actually makes him hard to like – even by himself. The fact that Rand sees worth in him touches his heart and helps to open him up. His most admirable quality is his total devotion to what and who he loves and ultimately that helps him form a lasting relationship with Rand.
Ci sono molti dettagli sulle Hawaii ne "I cowboy non lo dicono". Che genere di ricerca hai svolto per scrivere questo libro?
There is a lot of detail about Hawaii in your Cowboys Don't Come Out. What sort of research do you do for this book?
Sono stata a Hana, così questo ha ispirato la storia, ma quando ho saputo della tradizione del paniolo, ho dovuto fare molte ricerche sulla sua storia. Ho anche visitato l'altra città che compare nel libro, Makawao. Ho persino trovato i negozi principali e i panifici di quella città . I had been to Hana, so that inspired the story, but when I learned of the paniolo tradition, I had to do a ton of research about its history. Also I looked into the other town that appears in the story, Makawao. I even found the main stores and bakeries in that town. I also had to delve into custody laws that play a big role in the story.

The favorite themes of your books seems to be bullying, effects of abuse, and also self-discovery, coming out, acceptance, friends, and family. Do you think in themes when you write, or do they naturally evolve from your characters?
Credo che il tema principale dei miei libri sia quello di vivere una vita autentica. Quasi tutti i miei personaggi affrontano questo problema in un modo o nell'altro. Per quanto riguarda la famiglia, ho avuto un'infanzia molto difficile. Tendo a rendere le famiglie presenti nei miei libri orribili o fantastiche. Alcuni, come Il "Cavaliere di Ocean Avenue" e "I cowboy non lo dicono", stanno nel mezzo. Ma lo dico sempre: non è mai troppo tardi per avere un'infanzia felice! LOL.
I believe the main theme in my books is living an authentic life. Nearly all my characters confront that issue in one way or another. As to family, I had a very difficult childhood. I tend to either make my families in my books terrible or fantastic. Some, like in Knight of Ocean Avenue and Cowboys Don’t Come Out, are in between. But I always say, it’s never too late to have a happy childhood! LOL.
Quante delle tue storie si basano su elementi reali?
How much of your stories are based on some sort of facts?
Immagino tutti. Cerco di rendere ogni mio personaggio il più reale possibile dentro l'abbraccio di un vero romance. Credo che il vero amore sia completamente reale, quindi lì non c'è conflitto. Alcune delle mie storie si basano su situazioni reali, come Beach Balls che segue una vera e propria disputa su un terreno avvenuta a Orange County, dove vivo. Nella maggior parte dei casi le mie storie sono ispirate da cose che potrebbero accadere. I lettori dicono spesso che si aspettano di vedere i miei ragazzi che camminano per le vie di Laguna Beach.
I guess all of them. My people I try to make as real as I can within the embrace of true romance. I believe true love is completely real so there’s no conflict there. are based on actual situations – like Beach Balls follows a real land dispute that happened in Orange County where I live. For the most part, my stories are created from things that might happen. Readers often say they expect to see my guys walking down the streets of Laguna Beach.

What's your favorite kind of character to write?
Poiché ogni personaggio è diverso, è difficile descrivere un tipo o un genere. Since each character is so different, it’s hard to say a type or kind. I do love my flamboyant boys like Shaz and Rodney, but I also adore my big, powerful football center, Jamal Jones in Canning the Center who I describe as Ferdinand the bull, and my chess nerd, Snow Reynaldi in Driven Snow. Each guy is so different and, like a good mother, I love them all the best.

I love writing dialogue and some of my favourite scenes are those with sharp, snappy dialogue like Shaz’s religious fencing matches with Billy’s mom.

By heart, what was the first experience in which you learned that language has got power?

Hmm. Hard to say. I learned to speak quite early and had a big vocabulary when I was very small, which often surprised adults. I suspect I learned that my precociousness got me a lot of attention. LOL.
Qual è la tua citazione preferita sulla scrittura?
What is your favourite quote about writing?
Non è una vera e propria citazione ma piuttosto un'idea. L'autrice Lisa Cron dice che siamo tutti fatti per le storie. Noi impariamo qualsiasi cosa in questo modo: non impariamo dai fatti, impariamo dalle storie e da ogni libro che ci cambia. Questa idea mi emoziona e mi ispira a scrivere.
This isn’t an exact quote, but rather an idea. Author Lisa Cron says we’re all wired for story. That’s how we learn anything and everything. We don’t learn from facts. We learn from stories and every book changes us. That idea thrills me and inspires me to write.
Quale consiglio daresti a un autore esordiente?
What advice would you give to a new writer starting out?
Di trovare una famiglia. Vi consiglio di unirvi a un ramo del Romance Writers of America. Fissate degli obiettivi di scrittura che siano per voi impegnativi ma anche realistici così da soddisfarli. Imparate il mestiere da tutti i grandi corsi online disponibili. Ma per lo più scrivete. Semplicemente, sedetevi e scrivete.
Find a tribe. I recommend joining a chapter of Romance Writers of America. Set writing goals for yourself that are challenging but realistic and meet them. Learn craft from all the great online classes available. But mostly write. Just butt in chair and write.

How important is reader feedback to you?
Innanzitutto, ti dirò che i miei lettori sono davvero importanti per me. Francamente, gli scrittori sostengono di scrivere sempre anche se nessuno legge quello che creano, ma io non sono così sicura di questo. Un romanzo è un ciclo. Non è definitivamente creato finché qualcuno non lo legge e viene ricreato con ogni nuovo lettore. I lettori sono fondamentali per il processo. Ottengo feedback dal mio Street Team e da alcuni colleghi. Le recensioni sono molto importanti per me e per ogni autore e noi impariamo da esse, anche quando è doloroso. Ma per la maggior parte credo che i lettori rispondano acquistando i libri, e apprezzo profondamente tutti coloro che lo fanno.
First I’ll say that my readers are so important to me. Honestly, writers always say that they’d write even if no one read what they create, but I’m not so sure about that. A novel is a loop. It’s not created until someone reads it and it’s recreated with every new reader. Readers are essential to the process. I get feedback from my Street Team and from some fellow authors. Reviews are very important to me and to every author and we learn from them, even when it’s painful. But mostly I guess, readers feedback by buying the books -- and I deeply appreciate everyone who does.

-Un personaggio di un tuo libro: mi piacerebbe incontrare molti dei miei personaggi, ma dopo averci pensato su, mi piacerebbe incontrare il signor Pennymaker. Il signor P è la "fata madrina" in tutti i miei volumi della serie Pennymaker Tales, uuna rassegna contemporary romance m/m di favole e storie famose. Egli è la rappresentazione della saggezza che risveglia gli eroi. È un pensiero incondizionatamente ottimista e chiaro. Sarebbe fantastico averlo intorno.
-Un personaggio di qualsiasi altro libro: Mr Darcy e sono sicura di non dovere spiegare perché! LOL
-Una persona famosa che non sia un familiare o un amico: mi piacerebbe aver conosciuto Oscar Wilde. Chiunque abbia scritto L'importanza di chiamarsi Ernesto è okay per me. Penso che sarebbe brillante, divertente, saggio e raffinato.
One fictional character from your book – I’d love to meet a lot of my characters, but after thinking about it, I think I’d like to meet Mr. Pennymaker. Mr. P is the “fairy god mother” character in all my Pennymaker Tales, which are gay romance contemporary retellings of famous fairy tales and stories. He’s the wisdom figure who brings the heroes to their senses. He’s unconditionally optimistic and clear thinking. He’d be a blast to have around.
One fictional character from any other book – Mr. Darcy and I’m sure I don’t have to say why! LOL
One famous person that is not a family member or friend -- I’d love to have met Oscar Wilde. Any person who wrote The Importance of Being Earnest is okay with me. I think he’d be brilliant, funny, wise, and urbane.

Ho appena finito un murder mystery che si avvicina un po' a un cozy mystery ed è il primo libro di una nuova serie chiamata Middlemark Mysteries. Presto scriverò un seguito per la mia novella molto popolare "Love You So Hard" e il terzo libro della serie I cowboy non...
I lettori del genere paranormal saranno felici di sapere che ho un nuovo libro su un lupo mannaro chiamato "Rome and Jules", che uscirà agli inizi della primavera del 2018, e sono abbastanza certa che scriverò il quarto volume della serie Tales of the Harker Pack, la cui uscita è prevista sempre per il 2018. Ci sono anche due nuovi Balls books: "High Balls" che sarà pubblicato in ottobre e "Bleu Balls" che uscirà nel gennaio 2018. E un nuovo libro della serie Pennymaker Tale il cui titolo è "Never in November".
I’ve just finished a murder mystery that’s a bit of a “cozy” mystery and is the first book in a new series called the Middlemark Mysteries. I’ll soon be writing a sequel to my very popular novella, Love You so Hard, and the third book in my Cowboys Don’t Series. Paranormal readers will be happy to hear I have a new werewolf book called Rome and Jules releasing in the early spring of 2018 and I’m pretty sure I’ll be creating the 4th book in Tales of the Harker Pack for release in 2018. There are also two brand new Balls books – High Balls releasing in October and Bleu Balls coming out in January of 2018. And a new Pennymaker Tale called Never in November.

Tara Lain writes the Beautiful Boys of Romance in gay romance novels that star her unique, charismatic heroes. Her first novel was published in January of 2011 and she’s now somewhere around book 40. Her best-selling novels have garnered awards for Best Series, Best Contemporary Romance, Best Paranormal Romance, Best Ménage, Best LGBT Romance, Best Gay Characters, Best Romantic Suspense, and more. In her other job, Tara owns an advertising and public relations firm. She often does workshops on both author promotion and writing craft. She lives with her soul-mate husband and her soul-mate dog near the sea in California where she sets a lot of her books. Passionate about diversity, justice, and new experiences, Tara says on her tombstone it will say “Yes”!

What was the most challenging aspect of creating Rand?
Rand non è un cowboy dalla nascita. È il figlio di una ricca famiglia californiana che ha sempre amato i cavalli, i ranch e la vita da cowboy. Egli, letteralmente, crea la sua identità da cowboy. Rand wasn’t born a cowboy. He’s a son of a wealthy California family who always loved horses, ranches, and cowboy life. He literally creates his cowboy identity. It’s true to his nature, but he still structures a life that fits his pictures – and few cowboy images include being gay. So by having what he wants – his cowboy life -- he’s denying a part of himself. It was challenging to show that conflict.
Kai has had a difficult life. What do you admire most about him?

Kai is a suspicious person who’s been forced to trust no one. This actually makes him hard to like – even by himself. The fact that Rand sees worth in him touches his heart and helps to open him up. His most admirable quality is his total devotion to what and who he loves and ultimately that helps him form a lasting relationship with Rand.
Ci sono molti dettagli sulle Hawaii ne "I cowboy non lo dicono". Che genere di ricerca hai svolto per scrivere questo libro?
There is a lot of detail about Hawaii in your Cowboys Don't Come Out. What sort of research do you do for this book?
Sono stata a Hana, così questo ha ispirato la storia, ma quando ho saputo della tradizione del paniolo, ho dovuto fare molte ricerche sulla sua storia. Ho anche visitato l'altra città che compare nel libro, Makawao. Ho persino trovato i negozi principali e i panifici di quella città . I had been to Hana, so that inspired the story, but when I learned of the paniolo tradition, I had to do a ton of research about its history. Also I looked into the other town that appears in the story, Makawao. I even found the main stores and bakeries in that town. I also had to delve into custody laws that play a big role in the story.
The favorite themes of your books seems to be bullying, effects of abuse, and also self-discovery, coming out, acceptance, friends, and family. Do you think in themes when you write, or do they naturally evolve from your characters?
Credo che il tema principale dei miei libri sia quello di vivere una vita autentica. Quasi tutti i miei personaggi affrontano questo problema in un modo o nell'altro. Per quanto riguarda la famiglia, ho avuto un'infanzia molto difficile. Tendo a rendere le famiglie presenti nei miei libri orribili o fantastiche. Alcuni, come Il "Cavaliere di Ocean Avenue" e "I cowboy non lo dicono", stanno nel mezzo. Ma lo dico sempre: non è mai troppo tardi per avere un'infanzia felice! LOL.
I believe the main theme in my books is living an authentic life. Nearly all my characters confront that issue in one way or another. As to family, I had a very difficult childhood. I tend to either make my families in my books terrible or fantastic. Some, like in Knight of Ocean Avenue and Cowboys Don’t Come Out, are in between. But I always say, it’s never too late to have a happy childhood! LOL.
Quante delle tue storie si basano su elementi reali?
How much of your stories are based on some sort of facts?
Immagino tutti. Cerco di rendere ogni mio personaggio il più reale possibile dentro l'abbraccio di un vero romance. Credo che il vero amore sia completamente reale, quindi lì non c'è conflitto. Alcune delle mie storie si basano su situazioni reali, come Beach Balls che segue una vera e propria disputa su un terreno avvenuta a Orange County, dove vivo. Nella maggior parte dei casi le mie storie sono ispirate da cose che potrebbero accadere. I lettori dicono spesso che si aspettano di vedere i miei ragazzi che camminano per le vie di Laguna Beach.
I guess all of them. My people I try to make as real as I can within the embrace of true romance. I believe true love is completely real so there’s no conflict there. are based on actual situations – like Beach Balls follows a real land dispute that happened in Orange County where I live. For the most part, my stories are created from things that might happen. Readers often say they expect to see my guys walking down the streets of Laguna Beach.
What's your favorite kind of character to write?
Poiché ogni personaggio è diverso, è difficile descrivere un tipo o un genere. Since each character is so different, it’s hard to say a type or kind. I do love my flamboyant boys like Shaz and Rodney, but I also adore my big, powerful football center, Jamal Jones in Canning the Center who I describe as Ferdinand the bull, and my chess nerd, Snow Reynaldi in Driven Snow. Each guy is so different and, like a good mother, I love them all the best.

I love writing dialogue and some of my favourite scenes are those with sharp, snappy dialogue like Shaz’s religious fencing matches with Billy’s mom.

Uhm... difficile da dire. Ho imparato a parlare abbastanza presto e quando ero molto piccola, avevo una grande padronanza lessicale, e questo spesso sorprendeva gli adulti. Ho il sospetto di aver imparato che la mia precocità mi ha regalato parecchia attenzione. LOL.
Hmm. Hard to say. I learned to speak quite early and had a big vocabulary when I was very small, which often surprised adults. I suspect I learned that my precociousness got me a lot of attention. LOL.
What is your favourite quote about writing?
Non è una vera e propria citazione ma piuttosto un'idea. L'autrice Lisa Cron dice che siamo tutti fatti per le storie. Noi impariamo qualsiasi cosa in questo modo: non impariamo dai fatti, impariamo dalle storie e da ogni libro che ci cambia. Questa idea mi emoziona e mi ispira a scrivere.
This isn’t an exact quote, but rather an idea. Author Lisa Cron says we’re all wired for story. That’s how we learn anything and everything. We don’t learn from facts. We learn from stories and every book changes us. That idea thrills me and inspires me to write.
Quale consiglio daresti a un autore esordiente?
What advice would you give to a new writer starting out?
Di trovare una famiglia. Vi consiglio di unirvi a un ramo del Romance Writers of America. Fissate degli obiettivi di scrittura che siano per voi impegnativi ma anche realistici così da soddisfarli. Imparate il mestiere da tutti i grandi corsi online disponibili. Ma per lo più scrivete. Semplicemente, sedetevi e scrivete.
Find a tribe. I recommend joining a chapter of Romance Writers of America. Set writing goals for yourself that are challenging but realistic and meet them. Learn craft from all the great online classes available. But mostly write. Just butt in chair and write.
How important is reader feedback to you?
Innanzitutto, ti dirò che i miei lettori sono davvero importanti per me. Francamente, gli scrittori sostengono di scrivere sempre anche se nessuno legge quello che creano, ma io non sono così sicura di questo. Un romanzo è un ciclo. Non è definitivamente creato finché qualcuno non lo legge e viene ricreato con ogni nuovo lettore. I lettori sono fondamentali per il processo. Ottengo feedback dal mio Street Team e da alcuni colleghi. Le recensioni sono molto importanti per me e per ogni autore e noi impariamo da esse, anche quando è doloroso. First I’ll say that my readers are so important to me. Honestly, writers always say that they’d write even if no one read what they create, but I’m not so sure about that. A novel is a loop. It’s not created until someone reads it and it’s recreated with every new reader. Readers are essential to the process. I get feedback from my Street Team and from some fellow authors. Reviews are very important to me and to every author and we learn from them, even when it’s painful. But mostly I guess, readers feedback by buying the books -- and I deeply appreciate everyone who does.

-Un personaggio di un tuo libro: mi piacerebbe incontrare molti dei miei personaggi, ma dopo averci pensato su, mi piacerebbe incontrare il signor Pennymaker. Il signor P è la "fata madrina" in tutti i miei volumi della serie Pennymaker Tales, uuna rassegna contemporary romance m/m di favole e storie famose. Egli è la rappresentazione della saggezza che risveglia gli eroi. È un pensiero incondizionatamente ottimista e chiaro. Sarebbe fantastico averlo intorno.
-Un personaggio di qualsiasi altro libro: Mr Darcy e sono sicura di non dovere spiegare perché! LOL
-Una persona famosa che non sia un familiare o un amico: mi piacerebbe aver conosciuto Oscar Wilde. Chiunque abbia scritto L'importanza di chiamarsi Ernesto è okay per me. Penso che sarebbe brillante, divertente, saggio e raffinato.
One fictional character from your book – I’d love to meet a lot of my characters, but after thinking about it, I think I’d like to meet Mr. Pennymaker. Mr. P is the “fairy god mother” character in all my Pennymaker Tales, which are gay romance contemporary retellings of famous fairy tales and stories. He’s the wisdom figure who brings the heroes to their senses. He’s unconditionally optimistic and clear thinking. He’d be a blast to have around.
One fictional character from any other book – Mr. Darcy and I’m sure I don’t have to say why! LOL
One famous person that is not a family member or friend -- I’d love to have met Oscar Wilde. Any person who wrote The Importance of Being Earnest is okay with me. I think he’d be brilliant, funny, wise, and urbane.

I lettori del genere paranormal saranno felici di sapere che ho un nuovo libro su un lupo mannaro chiamato "Rome and Jules", che uscirà agli inizi della primavera del 2018, e sono abbastanza certa che scriverò il quarto volume della serie Tales of the Harker Pack, la cui uscita è prevista sempre per il 2018. Ci sono anche due nuovi Balls books: "High Balls" che sarà pubblicato in ottobre e "Bleu Balls" che uscirà nel gennaio 2018. E un nuovo libro della serie Pennymaker Tale il cui titolo è "Never in November".
I’ve just finished a murder mystery that’s a bit of a “cozy” mystery and is the first book in a new series called the Middlemark Mysteries. I’ll soon be writing a sequel to my very popular novella, Love You so Hard, and the third book in my Cowboys Don’t Series. Paranormal readers will be happy to hear I have a new werewolf book called Rome and Jules releasing in the early spring of 2018 and I’m pretty sure I’ll be creating the 4th book in Tales of the Harker Pack for release in 2018. There are also two brand new Balls books – High Balls releasing in October and Bleu Balls coming out in January of 2018. And a new Pennymaker Tale called Never in November.
